Karen O. Sheedy, CPA

Karen joined the firm in 1987, and is currently a manager with taxation as her primary focus. She has extensive experience working with individuals and small businesses. Karen's expertise also includes trust and estate taxation.

Karen graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a degree in Accounting. She then earned a Masters of Taxation from Bentley College. Prior to joining JMM, she worked for a local CPA firm in CT and with a national accounting firm.

She spends a considerable amount of time working in schools and with cub scouts with her sons, Philip and Patrick. She is also serving on a task force dealing with education in her community. Karen lives in Williston with her two sons.
