Randy joined the firm in February 1991 and became a shareholder in 1997. He has more than fifteen years of public accounting experience, including four years with Ernst & Young, an international accounting firm.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Cum Laude from Marietta College in Ohio. Randy is the firm's audit and accounting specialist, serving both nonprofit organizations and small businesses.

A native Vermonter, Randy enjoys golf and lives in Richmond. Active in the community, Randy currently serves on several Boards, and he is Chair of the Ethics Committee of the Vermont Society of CPAs.
